I hope you and your staff knows how much our community appreciates all your hard work, providing a great business and staff to meet our community needs.
I am raising funds for the Firesteel Nursing home here in Mitchell. Did you know that there are 135 residents currently at Firesteel and over half will not receive a gift or a vistor this Holiday season? I want to make sure that every resident receives a stocking filled with items from from the community, reminding them how much they are loved and appreciated, so I started The Adopt a Grandparent Program!
I am looking for donations to fill the stocking that Walmart has donated. Your donation, will give funds to fill the stocking with items the residents are always asking for, example: shampoo, lotion, chap stick, puzzles, adult coloring books, and of course candy! A note will be attached with your name or business name, wishing them a wonderful holiday. The party is December 23, if you like to join us. I would appreciate any amount or items, please contact me with any questions and donations.
