    The Ron and Sheilah Gates Department of Music at Dakota Wesleyan University will present its Spring Concert at 4 p.m., Sunday, April 28, at the DWU Sherman Center. This concert is free and open to all. The Spring Concert will feature the Dakota Dynamics, Highlanders, Singing Scotchmen,  Wesleyan Bells and Dakota Wesleyan Band.
