Plans are underway for the 4th Annual
MTI Community Kickoff to be held on
Tuesday, August 23rd, 2016! The goals of the annual Community Kickoff are: 1) To bring the community of Mitchell together with the MTI student community; 2) to introduce MTI students to the services available to them in Mitchell; and 3) to provide businesses a chance to talk with a significant group of students looking for part-time employment.
Area businesses and service organizations are invited to be exhibitors at this event. Representatives will have the opportunity to share with students a company's or organization's services that are available; speak with interested students regarding volunteer opportunities; and provide information about part-time job openings. More than 650 students new to the Mitchell community are invited. The event will be held at the Nordby Trades Center Building from 3:30-5pm. Exhibitor registration and setup will be from 2-3:15pm.
Deadline to register is 4pm on August 12th.
There will be prize drawings throughout the Kickoff at various exhibitor booths. Businesses are encouraged to bring a prize to give away.
