“Stanton” was filmed in the Norfolk and Stanton, Nebraska area by Tobiah Powell. The movie will show Monday through Wednesday, October 23-25 at the Luxury 5. The film tells the insightful story of an aging musician living alone on his farm who sets out on a journey to find the man who almost killed his dog. Through the journey, the man learns important lessons about life that he had long forgotten. The film lovingly portrays Midwest life on the farms and small towns of the prairie. Powell premiered the film last month in Norfolk and is now taking it to audiences throughout the Midwest. This will mark its South Dakota premiere.
